It is the expression of a unique area, the "Riva" par excellence: a historic vineyard, known as "Riva del Ferroviere", on a steep slope that, thanks to the nature of the soil, the favorable location and the old age of the vines, produces few but valuable fruits, which are vinified into Extra Brut with a very low dosage of sugar.
