We love the horizontal flat pleats along the entire skirt portion of the dress and the side seam with insert lace. There is an attached brown silk fabric belt and a pretty bow at the side. Condition: Overall Very Good with some small worn areas on lace as shown in photos and small tear to edge of bow that could be repaired.
